Global Issues

A new addition to the standard Home screen is a new area called, Global Issues, at the top center of their screen.  This new feature quickly alerts users to ongoing system-wide issues that may be impacting one or more colleges or user groups. In the past, users would have to search through open issues to find one that was similar or related to one they were experiencing.  Now, ITS will escalate known issues to a global level if they are being experienced system-wide.  Users may click on the issue to add their comments or additional details to the problems they are experiencing.
