Colleges needing access to query Oracle's data base should use these guidelines to request access for their college:

1. Choose a specific person who will be designated the contact for your college. Only ONE person per college is allowed.

2. Open an issue under type Misc. with Oracle MetaLink Access as the subject.

The following information MUST be provided in the email message:
Contact name: First & Last
College
and address (including zip code)
Contact's phone number
Contact's email address

After this information is ssubmitted, CS staff will establish the MetaLink account for the college contact.

The college contact person will be notified when the registration has been completed and is pending approval from the administrator.

Once the approval has been granted, the contact will then be able to access the account.
