ITS Emergency Operation Guidelines

(college closings due to severe weather, local emergency, etc.)

In the event that agency closing(s) affect site(s) where ITS staff and services are housed,  coverage will be provided by a skeletal staff at each ITS location. Staff will remain if any colleges are open unless conditions deteriorate to the point that it becomes unreasonable or unsafe for them to remain. Client Services will continue to be the central point of contact.   (During inclement weather, Client Services will be staffed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM by a skeletal crew.)  Should Client Services be forced to evacuate, calls will be forwarded to the CS cel phone.  If an ITS center has to be closed, equipment will be left up to operate in unattended mode if at all possible, and barring power or telecommunications outages beyond our control.
