PSUNXPM Process Scheduler Server

Effective April 13, 2005 at 6:00am, the PSUNXPM process scheduler server will be brought down, beginning its nightly schedule. PSUNXPM will be brought up each weekday evening at 6:00pm and brought down each weekday morning at 6:00am. It will remain up from 6:00pm on Friday until 6:00am on Monday. Processes scheduled to start before 6:00pm or those without a start time, will queue up to execute once the PSUNXPM server comes up.

Currently the following processes are being executed on the PSUNXPM server:
     SFPCLCAN – Enrollment Cancellation Process
     SFPBCALC – Batch Tuition Calculation Process
     SFPGLIN7 – GL Interface Process
     SFPGRPST – Student Financials Group Posting Process
     SFTBLVAL – Table Validation Report
     VXUTRMAC (SRTRMAC) – Term Activation Process (Delivered)
     VX0TRMAC – Term Activation Process (VCCS Customized)

We will continue to monitor all processes and make adjustments as necessary to provide as little negative impact on student services as possible.
