SIS Deployment Chairs,

We are pleased to announce that the second round of PeopleSoft on-site training is scheduled to begin on the week of

April 11, 2005. This is the long awaited training that we delayed per college requests until SIS V8 upgrading is complete.

Also, please note that PeopleTools I/II and PeopleCode/SQR are fast-paced, technical courses, designed for developers. Please select attendees accordingly. Additionally, it‘s highly recommended that attendees of 3C’s class should have strong background in Financial Aid and / or Student Financials.

To request enrollment in any class, please use the attached enrollment form. Submission of this form constitutes college confirmation of attendance, and responsibility for costs associated with late cancellations or enrollment of students above the allotted one-per-course covered by ITS.  The enrollment form must be returned to Imad Abi-Falah (iabi-falah@vccs.edu) no later than COB, Wednesday, April 6, 2005.
