Several colleges have reported errors when processing Web credit card
payment refunds. A portion of refunds generated do not contain
information in the "Request ID" field, causing a refund decline when
submitting to CyberSource. We are currently working on the problem with
Ciber consultants, and have opened a case with PeopleSoft's Global
Support Center.
Please refrain from processing Web credit card refunds until we isolate
and resolve the problem.
