We have been making progress with the GL Interface issue. PeopleSoft GSC suggested an index be placed on one of the tables which has been done by our DBAs. The process IS now successfully completing, but the amount of time it takes to process is still greater than before March 18. I have tested with a three colleges (NRCC, JSRCC and VHCC) and the processes averaged around 30+ minutes each.

At this point, you may submit your GL Interface jobs to execute.  You may submit them to execute immediately, i.e., you don't have to schedule them to run during non-business hours. The jobs will automatically execute on the PSUNXPM server which limits the number of PS Jobs to one at a time, so do not be concerned if they remain "queued" for a while. I will be monitoring their progress.

Please bear with us as we continue to research the issue with the goal of returning the processing times to their pre-March 18 values.
