Student Financials IVR Documentation

The Student Financials Table Setup documentation for IVR has been posted to VCCS Discuss and also to the shared drive NEWPOST on ‘utas_pdc’  in the folder ivr.documentation.epos\IVR New V8 Documentation 2004\V8 Student Financials .  If you need to map to this drive, the location is \\UT21\NEWPSOFT.  The document is 413 SF SELF SERVICE_IVR .

 

A new setid must be established for your college before using IVR. For the six colleges using IVR, Applications Support and Fiscal Services have established new setid's in V8 Production. The new setids begin with the literal IV followed by your state agency number. If your college does not currently use IVR but you are interested, please open an IssueTrak incident so that we can establish a setid with appropriate security for your college.
