SIS Version 8 Issues: Updates

The production SIS system is up and running. There are a couple of known issues, and ITS staff continues to work with PeopleSoft Global Support Center (GSC) on resolutions. Among them:
 
Performance: Please be advised that we are actively pursuing a solution to performance issues involving class search, cashiering receipts, and query manager.
 
Query Availability: The URL for QRYSIS was announced, but is not yet ready for use.
 
UPK Content: We are experiencing difficulties in linking the UPK content through the SIS "Help" feature. Please continue to distribute and use the current Faculty & Student UPK URL's.
