Move To Production Schedule: February 28, 2005

Please be reminded that we are approaching the start of the SIS Move to Production upgrade from Version 7.6 to Version 8.  The following outages have been implemented or are scheduled to be implemented today.

 

1.  11:59 pm on February 27th  – service stopped for Web and IVR access to Production 7.6

2.  4:00 pm on February 28th – service will be stopped for Online Web Application; Directory Services Version 1 including WhoAmI, CAAM and Directory Manager; and Resource25

3.  6:00 pm on February 28th – service will be stopped for client registration and business access

4.  8:00 pm on February 28th – complete student financials processing

5.  8:10 pm on February 28th – Version 7.6 Production offline; Move to Production officially begins

 

No changes in the Move to Production schedule are planned due to the winter weather.  Please contact Client Services if you have any specific concerns.
