VCCS ITS has published the Student and Faculty Self-Service Business Process and Job Aid documents.  These MS Word documents are now available at the following location: \\UT21\newpsoft\upk (\\164.106.66.21\newpsoft\upk). 

 

The documentation has been divided into two main folders,  UPK_Faculty_Documentation and UPK_Student_Documentation.  Within these folders, the Business Process Documents and Job Aids are located in separate folders, each divided by UPK content modules.  As Self-Service topics are added to the UPK, we will include the associated documentation in these folders . 

 

SIS functional workgroups are also in the process of developing Staff documentation, and we will update you as this information becomes available.
