We have developed a process to move input and output files back and forth from UNIX for processing and a process for developers to move their SQR/SQC code to the development UNIX environment. Both of these processes require access to file shares to execute these processes. Each college should review the instructions included for input files, output files, and moving SQRs and determine who at the College needs access. Once this has been determined, the College transfer access form (college_transfer.xls) needs to be filled out and attached to an issue track ticket with a issue type of SIS V8 Access: File Share. Once the access has been granted, ticket will be closed.  The Colleges need to map the share drive(s) using the mapping directions. If Colleges have problems mapping the drives, a new ticket will need to be submitted.
