The PSREPORTS\PRODSIS folder, where output from SQRs executed on the Production USEME process scheduler is placed, currently contains over 3,800 reports. For many of these reports, the owner or person who submitted the SQR request cannot be easily identified. Of the reports currently in the folder 2,698 are over one month old. The PSREPORTS folders were designed as a “holding” location for users to see their output. Any output the user wants to keep should be copied to your hard drive or some other location.
The number of files in this folder is making it difficult to locate more current reports. For this reason, the ITS/ASC is asking that you review the files in PSREPORTS\PRODSIS, and move/copy any desired output to your local hard drive. ITS/ASC staff will be deleting the files created before September 15, 2004, on Friday afternoon, October 22, 2004. In the future, to keep the size of this folder manageable, we will be routinely deleting files that are more than one month old.
